Rates are specific to the occupancy requirements of your individual reservation.

Maximum occupancy at any time is 6 [six] persons.
Occupancy must be limited to the number in your reservation quote; absolutely no large gatherings/events/parties allowed.

SUMMER:
May thru October:
1-2 persons: $350. / night [$2310. weekly; = $330./night]
3-4 persons: $425. / night [$2870. weekly; = $410./night]
5-6 persons: $475. / night [$3220. weekly; = $460./night]

WINTER:
November thru April:
1-2 persons: $300. / night [$1995. weekly;=$285./night]
3-4 persons: $350. / night [$2350. weekly;=$336./night]

2 night minimum stay in winter,

Reservation/Security deposit:
$200. --Must be received within 7 days of reservation request to confirm your reservation.
*Refundable within 15 days of departure, provided no damages or extra cleaning required.
Upon receipt of deposit you will be sent a letter of confirmation, including arrival details and directional map.
Balances:
50% of balance due within 30 days of reservation [unless other arrangements are made].
Remainder of balance on arrival.
Payment:
Payment can be made by personal check or money order, please make payable to 'Abalone Cove'
Sorry, Credit Cards are not accepted.
Cancellations:
Notice of cancellation must be received within 30 days of reservation dates for refund.
- For shorter notice, fee is 50% of total; refunded only if cancelled dates are subsequently filled.

Note: Above policy applies to any/all dates scheduled for your confirmed reservation;
i.e. - this includes dates missed due to late arrivals / early departures.
